The official attire for the Conference is business casual. Suit jackets are not required unless noted. You’ll have the opportunity to meet top leaders and influencers, celebrities, prospective employers, and more. Remember to dress the part and leave the best impression!

✊🏾 Reclaim Your Vote Rally — We’re kicking off our 2024 Conference at Xavier University with an empowering Rally on Wednesday, July 24 at 4pm. Join us to amplify our collective voice in the struggle for voting rights and advocate for the advancement of rights for women, communities of color, and marginalized groups. Show your support by wearing your favorite Urban League, HBCU or Divine Nine swag.
💃🏾 Urban League Live: Bayou Bash — Join us for the ultimate celebration of New Orleans culture and music on Thursday, July 25. You won’t want to miss this medley of energy, excitement, and Cajun flavor — we encourage you to embrace the essence of the bayou by wearing your camouflage best!
🪩 Whitney M. Young, Jr. Awards Gala — A Mardi Gras Ball — A royal evening awaits you at this year’s Gala on Friday, July 26. The Mardi Gras Ball will be an enchanting and unforgettable night of celebration. Black Tie/formal attire is required, and elegant masks are preferred.
🏃🏾♂️ Power Walk with Marc — Each year, National Urban League President and CEO Marc H. Morial hosts Power Walk with Marc in the spirit of fitness and fellowship. Pack your sneakers, sportswear, and your water bottle and meet us on Saturday, July 27 at 6AM for a refreshing walk through New Orleans City Park.
